Jada Mattress Warranty

Your new Jada Mattress is covered by a 10-year Limited Warranty. For 10 years following your Jada Mattress purchase, if you experience a manufacturer defect that is covered under our warranty, we will offer a one-time replacement or repair of the original mattress size purchased. This includes all components of the mattress. There is no fee or deductible required. If the warranty claim happens during your 101-night trial period, the trial will be paused during shipment of the replacement mattress and the trial will resume upon delivery of the replacement Jada.

This Limited Warranty covers the following during normal wear and use:
- Degradation, which causes the mattress to have a visible indentation greater than one (1) inch, not associated with an improper foundation.
- Any physical flaw in the mattress that causes foam material to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling.
- Any defect or flaw in the zipper assembly of the mattress cover. Jada may decide to repair or replace the cover that wraps the Jada Mattress.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- A normal increase in softness of the foam after long-term use.
- Comfort preference or mattress height preference.
- Any stains, burns, tears, cuts, or liquid/moisture damage resulting from use by customer or their environment.
- Damage due to use with an inappropriate foundation.
- Product that is sold by an unauthorized retailer or product that is in any way sold as “used” or any other similar wording indicating the product is not “new”.

Except for the terms provided above, Jada will not charge the purchaser to repair or replace a purchaser’s mattress if it is deemed defective during the length of this 10-year Limited Warranty. No new warranty will be provided for the replacement product. Any warranty claim is only applicable within the country of original delivery, to the same customer name.

Jada Mattress Product Terms & Conditions

Each customer is eligible for one (1) 101-Night Trial per purchase, per product. Once a customer has made a return within their 101-Night Trial, they are not eligible for another trial on the same product. The 101-Night Trial is non-transferable and any returns require proof of purchase. Free shipping is available to the 10 provinces in Canada and there is a non-refundable shipping surcharge for orders shipping to the Canadian Territories. There is no fee or deductible required for the product, and transportation of the replacement is free to any provincial street address in Canada.

Promotional codes or offers cannot be combined.

If the incorrect size is ordered, a one-time size exchange will be offered within the 101-Night Trial. Receiving a replacement does not restart the 101-Night Trial, however the Trial will be paused while the replacement is in transit. To limit the impact on the environment, it is strongly recommended to determine the correct size required before an order is placed.

The product, opened or unopened, can only be returned within the 101-Night Trial. In the event of a return, the pickup address can differ from the original delivery address, however it must be at a valid street address within Canada. Any environmental and/or customer-inflicted damage will disqualify the ability to exchange or return.

Jada Pillow Warranty

Warranty
Your new Jada Pillow is covered by a 3-year Limited Warranty. For 3 years after purchase, if your pillow has a defect covered under our warranty, we will offer a one-time replacement or repair. This includes all parts of the pillow. There is no fee or deductible required. If the warranty claim happens during your 101-night trial period, the trial will be paused during shipment of the replacement pillow and the trial will resume upon delivery of the replacement Jada Pillow.

This Limited Warranty covers the following during normal wear:
- Any physical flaw in the pillow despite normal usage and proper handling.
- Any defect or flaw in the zipper assembly of the pillow cover. Jada may decide to repair or replace the cover provided on the pillow.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- A normal increase in softness of the foam after long-term use.
- Comfort preference or pillow height preference.
- Any stains, burns, tears, cuts, or liquid damage resulting from use by customer.
- Damage incurred by transportation after initial delivery.
- Product that is sold by an unauthorized retailer or product that is any way sold as “used” or any other similar wording indicating the product is not “new”.
- Loss of foam as removed by customer

Replacements
Except for the terms provided above, Jada will not charge the purchaser to repair or replace a purchaser’s pillow if it is deemed defective during the length of this 3-year Limited Warranty. No new warranty will be provided for the replacement product. Any warranty claim is only applicable within the country of original delivery.

Exchange Policy
During the 101-Night Trial, if a purchaser elects to change to a different size, they may do so one time by paying the difference between the cost of the original product and the cost of the product being replaced if applicable. In the event the purchaser is moving down in size, Jada will reimburse the difference. In both cases, a new warranty will be issued.

Exchanged pillows are subject to the same 3-year Limited Warranty as the original pillow.

Specifications
Your new Jada Sheets are covered by a 1-year Limited Warranty. For a year after purchase, if your sheets have a defect covered under our warranty, we will offer a one-time replacement or repair. This includes all parts of the sheets. There is no fee or deductible required. If the warranty claim happens during your 101-night trial period, the trial will be paused during shipment of the replacement sheets and the trial will resume upon delivery of the replacement Jada Sheets. Partial returns of items in the sheets set are not accepted.

This Limited Warranty covers the following during normal wear:
- Any physical flaw in the sheets despite normal usage and proper handling.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear as a result of washing and normal use.
- Comfort preference.
- Physical abuse or damage, including but not limited to stains, burns, tears, cuts, or liquid damage resulting from use by customer; provided, that the defect is caused by such abuse or damage.
- Damage incurred by transportation after initial delivery.
- Product that is sold by an unauthorized retailer or product that is any way sold as “used” or any other similar wording indicating the product is not “new”.

Replacements

No new warranty will be provided for the replacement product. Any warranty claim is only applicable within the country of original delivery.
